OHS SYSTEM OBJECTIVES AND TARGETS |

LEGISLATION, REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS |

ADT is committed to the prevention of workplace incidents, injury and illness. The company is therefore committed to providing a safe work environment and equipping all employees with appropriate training and tools to ensure that they are able to carry out their work safely. |

ADT is committed to continual improvement of our OHS System. Our main OHS objective is for no Lost Time Injuries (LTIs). OHS System reviews occur annually and new safety objectives and targets are set based on relevant safety audit and statistical data. |

ADT has formed its OHS System in compliance with all applicable OHS laws, regulations and codes of practice, particularly the following State legislation and regulations: ¨ Tasmanian Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995; and ¨ Tasmanian Workplace Health and Safety Regulations 1998. ADT is committed to the development, implementation and maintenance of an OHS System that, as a minimum, meets the requirements of the nationally recognised OHS System standard AS/NZ4801:2001. |
